# 57 Strawberry Popsicles

I know what you are saying...really Julie? Popsicles? In October?*Sigh* So sad I did not blog this in the summer:(  I really do not like the standard popsicles....flavored sugar water...yuck! Have I ever mentioned to you that we do not even drink Kool-Aid in my family....I'm just not a fan of a drink that has zero health benefits. So if my kids want a cool summer treat, real fruit popsicles are my choice! Sorry if I sound preachy...that is never my intention:)
How much puree you need depends on what kind of containers you have for making the popsicles. I use the Tupperware popsicle makers. I'm sure you can find something similar online if you do not know of a Tupperware rep.

Strawberry (Real Fruit) Popsicles

1 1/2 cups strawberry puree
1/4-1/2 cup sugar...really to your taste

1. Puree your strawberries and sugar together in a food processor.

2. Prepare your popsicle containers.

3. Fill most of the way, leaving a little headspace for expansion.

4. Pop the covers on and place in freezer!

Can it really be any easier then that? They are so yummy. My kids love them....we all do!
